Focus Forward is a 6-week interactive group program led by Counsellor Sayaka Sayeed for adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified), or anyone with a “busy brain” who struggles with motivation, executive function, emotional overwhelm, or feeling stuck.
Over 6 weekly 90-minute sessions, you’ll learn ADHD-specific tools grounded in neuroscience, self-compassion, and lived experience — all in a space that’s warm, inclusive, and full of relatable moments. Together, we’ll build strategies, systems and self-understanding — and you'll walk away with a toolkit you can actually use in real life.
This isn’t just education. It’s transformation. And no, we won’t just tell you to “work harder”, but find systems tailored to your unique experiences instead.
