Focus Forward: A 6-Week ADHD Group to Help You Get Out of Survival Mode and Back Into Your Life

Focus Forward is a 6-Week ADHD Group to Turn Chaos Into Clarity (Without Burning Yourself Out).

This is a structured program for adults with ADHD, busy brains or ADHD traits, designed to help you live and work with your brain - not against it! Build insight, confidence, and sustainable systems with your ADHD brain in a supportive space with others who get it.

If you have ADHD (or a busy, neurodivergent brain), you probably know this cycle too well:

You have big goals, ideas, and motivation…
But you also have:

  • procrastination

  • overwhelm

  • emotional crashes

  • shame spirals

  • and a million half-finished plans

You don’t need more willpower.
You need systems that actually work for your brain.

That’s what Focus Forward is here to give you.

What this group is

Focus Forward is a 6-week online group led by ADHD therapist & coach Sayaka Sayeed, designed for adults who want to:

  • stop feeling stuck

  • understand their ADHD

  • build routines they can actually maintain

  • and feel less alone in the process

This is not a lecture and we won’t just tell you to “work harder”.
It’s a supportive, practical, neuro-affirming space where you learn, reflect, try things out, and build momentum together.

Over 6 weekly 90-minute sessions, you’ll learn how to:

  • Work with your ADHD motivation (instead of fighting it)

  • Create routines that don’t collapse after a good week

  • Manage emotional overwhelm and shutdowns

  • Set goals without burning out or giving up

  • Reduce shame and self-criticism

  • Build accountability that actually helps

You’ll leave with a personalised ADHD toolkit you can use long after the group ends.

This group is for you if:

  • You feel like you’re constantly behind

  • You struggle to start or finish things

  • You get overwhelmed easily

  • You rely on last-minute panic to get things done

  • You feel like you “should be doing better by now”

Whether you’re formally diagnosed, self-identified, or just know your brain works differently - you’re welcome here

“Getting to know people's personal stories and all of the activities we had to do related to the topic of the week! I gained the most insight from the activities, especially the values based routine ones - even though they were quite long, I gained a lot of information and validation that I can customise my own routine and don't have to mimic NTs' routines to feel productive! And just the overall message of the program that we can embrace and work with our brain to produce the same output as NTs is the most valuable lesson I have learnt. Not gonna lie, I was quite dejected when I learnt that ADHD brains don't just magically turn into NT's brains after medication, it's a lifelong genetic issue that cannot be cured. I had a lot of internalised ableism around this but this program has really helped me to get over it and embrace my unique brain! Amazing work Sayaka!”

“Connecting with others having ADHD and realising how similar our traits and struggles are. Made me feel validated and gave me the confirmation that I indeed have adhd... as I was recently diagnosed part of me had some doubts and questioning myself. Now I'm more accepting of that. The information in the program was quite helpful to have a better understanding of adhd and gave good advice on things I can try to work on and reflect”

“I signed up to this workshop after my best friend highly recommended it. I had an overall positive experience - this workshop is great for beginners as well as people like me who already had some knowledge of ADHD. The skills taught are very practical and easy to follow / customise according to my needs :) I also got to meet some amazing people from all walks of life and that definitely made me feel less alone :) the workshop can sometimes feel quite content heavy but my facilitator Sayaka was super accommodating and acknowledging! The facilitators also have lived experience of ADHD so it felt more authentic and I felt very understood and validated in my struggles! Overall would highly recommend if you want more information on the more practical management of ADHD. If you combine this workshop with some theoretical resources and clinical management through therapists / psychiatrists, you're pretty much fully covered :)”

“I came in scared, overwhelmed, and confused about ADHD… and left with clarity, tools, and so much compassion for myself. Hearing others’ stories made me feel less isolated and gave me the confidence to finally seek proper support.”

    — 33, Undiagnosed but suspecting

  • Reviews from previous workshops…

“Being in a group of ADHD adults and realising how similar our experiences are was life-changing. It helped me release so much internalised shame and actually start working with my brain instead of against it.”

    — 38, Newly Diagnosed

  • Reviews from previous workshops…

“Such a practical, beginner-friendly workshop. I learned real skills I can personalise. Meeting others made me feel so much less alone in my ADHD experience. I used to doubt my diagnosis, but this helped me finally accept myself and stop questioning whether I was ‘making it up.”
