Please note that MHCP cannot be used for sessions with Sayaka.

What is the cost of one session?

Sessions with Anushka are priced at $210 per counselling session for new clients and $220 per session for assessments. These rates are significantly lower than the recommended APS fee of $350, making high-quality mental health care more accessible while maintaining professional excellence. Sessions with Anushka are Medicare rebatable and you can claim up to $960 over 10 sessions.

Sessions with Sayaka are $165 per session.

Sessions with Natasha are $200 per session.

Both Natasha & Sayaka take Insurance.

  • Both in-person and online sessions offer the same level of professional support—it's all about what works best for you! In-person sessions provide a dedicated therapy space with face-to-face connection, making it easier to engage through body language and non-verbal cues. On the other hand, online sessions offer flexibility and convenience, allowing you to access support from the comfort of your home or anywhere with a stable internet connection. Whether you prefer the immersive feel of an in-person session or the ease of logging in from your safe space, both options are designed to provide effective, compassionate care tailored to your needs.

  • If you’ve ever thought “I wish I had someone to talk this through with” — therapy is for you. You don’t need a diagnosis or a crisis. Therapy can help whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just want to better understand yourself.

  • Think of it as a conversation in a safe space. Your therapist will listen, ask questions, and gently guide you towards understanding what’s going on beneath the surface. Sometimes you’ll get practical tools, other times it’s just about being heard.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all. Some people come for a few sessions to work through a specific challenge, while others find ongoing therapy helps them maintain balance and growth. We’ll figure it out together.

  • Nope! You can book directly with us. If you’d like Medicare rebates, you’ll need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP — but we can help you figure that out.

    Tools That Work
