Booked, Blessed & A Little Bit Stressed is a monthly book club for anyone who loves curling up with a good story, overanalyzing fictional characters, and romanticizing their reading habits — all while juggling the beautiful chaos of real life.
We’re a gender-inclusive, low-pressure community for book lovers who:

Meet your facilitators

Natalie
Natalie is a provisional psychologist in her final year of the Master of Educational & Developmental Psychology program at Monash Uni. She helps to run community events with Umeed Psychology, focused on boosting mental health awareness and creating a sense of belonging. Natalie’s passionate about creating a safe, inclusive space for people from all walks of life. When she’s not working or studying, you’ll probably find her cooking up new recipes, diving into a good book, or getting in a workout!
